Pax's take on a Chateauneuf du Pape and I'd say it's a success. Cherry, cranberry and pepper. A little more acidic than I'd like, probably could use a decanting.

“Finesse and Grace”. Beautifully balanced acidity and tannins. Strawberries with a hint of rhubarb on the front. Mid is a touch of fizzy cherry soda without fizz or sweetness. Smooth, soft finish; borders on elegant. The 2015 appears to be a different, more lithe wine than some of the other vintages that others found.
