Rías Baixas Albariño

As several friends suggested, this was a great match for honey mustard chicken. Bright acid and a smoky minerality. A good value at $23. 12.5% abv.

Bright and vibrant; carries an herbal pine forrest edge but I liked the fresh flavored and true clean mouthfeel.

Peaches, orange blossoms, salt, and beer.

Bright, super slick, and cutting.

Really nice Albariño with notes of stone fruit, green apple and a little lemon zest. Full body with some lees characteristics.

Pretty reticent for Albariño . Hotter ferment 18'c & 5 months lees stirring. Pleasant, well made wine, but this would be tough blind! Albariño meets Burgundy!
