2017 in November 2021. I find Peay to make the best balanced Chardonnay in CA. This one is ready to drink and just flows right through your mouth. Solid classic Chardonnay fruit but no noticeable oak. Great backbone to support food. Had with veal francese. Will hold a couple more years too.
