better strap in for this wine (oh, and I've had Pais before): Funkmaster McFunky, I've had some crazy wines but this was way up there. Not endearing to my palate, something about the vegetal herbaceous rubbery nose just didn't do it for me - along with the jolty acidity... had to pour this one out.

Jan 6th, 2026Smoky, strawberry aromas with a little bit of natural funk. Super light bodied, light fruit flavors and some pretty big tannins. Chilled down for a hot summer night, it should go lovely with Traeger brisket.
