Pop & pour: Nose has rich forest floor, moss, earth, tart plum, slightly green herbs.
Lots of sour cherry and a touch of nutmeg. Like sour cherry pie, without the sugar.
5 mins in glass: Earthiness had faded on nose, leaving the fruit and herbal scents. Sour cherry is spiking in the center of tongue. Now it needs robust food!
