Pop & pour: Nose has rich forest floor, moss, earth, tart plum, slightly green herbs.
Lots of sour cherry and a touch of nutmeg. Like sour cherry pie, without the sugar.
5 mins in glass: Earthiness had faded on nose, leaving the fruit and herbal scents. Sour cherry is spiking in the center of tongue. Now it needs robust food!

色泽清澈，但不算剔透。气味混合有草本和泥土的芬芳，略带一点点橡木味，应该来自于发酵用的橡木桶。口感偏甜，酸性很低，单宁在能感知但不高的范围内，口感重量中等。酒精含量达到了14.1%，刚好超过了“餐酒”14%的上限，得算甜酒。
