Clear, deep garnet colour. Clean, pronounced spices and black fruits on the nose with a touch of wood. Dry, high acidity and high tannins beautifully balanced. Full bodied with flavours of cooked meat, pepper, light vanilla and spices. A long finish. All in all a very good wine.

Another good Shiraz from the 2016 Penfolds collection. Dark fruit and some pepper with a little soft sweet spice on the finish, very approachable.
