Absolutley fabulous, incredibly well balanced Cab. Neither young or old but sort of a vigorous middle age, fruit isn't the plush fruit of youth or tertiary like a fully aged bottle but it's expressive, clear and fresh. Tannins have mellowed but the acidity is keeping everything together. The bin 707 could have aged another 5-10 easy

Really youthful. Big expression of red earth minerality, still pretty primary in terms of fruit. Rich, powerful wine with plenty of time ahead of it.
