The nose shows graphite and minty eucalyptus, blackberry and black cherry with barely a trace of oak. A classy wine and would hold its own on the global stage in its on right and style. The palate shows deeper fruit, but it's not too much and meshes well with the firm tannins. The finish leaves a nice perfume in the back of the mouth that floats up to the olfactory of loads on the eucalyptus and some violets. #oz

DLynn brought the good stuff to Bottlerock. Drinking so well - open aromas, juicy black fruit, classic full texture and chocolate mint notes. I'll never forget the first time I had 707 - one of the bottles that started it all.. #memories

Deep dark brooding wine. Packs some heat but remains balanced and long. Dark fruit, high alcohol but it works in the structure. I loved this wine and will seek out more as this was a one off bottle.
