Tart. Sour cherry. Mineral. Engages the entire palate, but not burdensome. I want this again, slightly chilled on a summer night.

Quality wine, the new release is what we've come to expect from Penfolds. Good example of a cab Shiraz. Not to detract from the wine but personally looking for a little more interest.
