Floral nose with back drop of smoke, you could smell this all day. Mouthful of Black olives, dark berries, nuances of blackberries and smoked bacon note penetrate the entire palate. Soft tannins that sail on and on...has endless years ahead of it.

The visual experience just doesn't get any better. The bouquet is pure poetry. Then you taste it. And just like Barbra sang... "And suddenly... nothing, nothing is the same..." It greets you with a chocolate/mint combination. But then, just when you think you have it all figured out, the peacock spreads its feathers. Beauty has a whole new meaning. Absolutely in love with this wine.

Nice balance and grip. It seemed a bit more muted but had undeniable weight and substance. Excellent pairing with pepper crusted filet mignon. Cork completely fell apart on me but the wine survived!

Grange. That is all. Well, ok - so complex and spicy on the nose, needs a lot of air. Grange is such one of the greats, always a privilege.
