Very interesting to drink a bottle a premium Penfolds with this much age. This wine was aged in french oak compared to Grange. The nose show more tertiary notes than on the palate. It’s full bodied and very concentrated. At this stage it shows blackberry, soy, dried herbs, iron and cured meats. Still very alive!
