Freshly cracked black pepper, wilting roses, chalky, metallic minerality, an almost gritty Rhone like mouthfeel, as a 'raz should be. Rich and full bodied.

Nice dark fruit color almost like a petit Syrah. Leaning more to mineral flavors with subdued fruit...overall satisfying drop. Will stand up to grilled foods especially lamb or steak.
