Tresor Brut Cava Trepat Rosé
A blend of 40% Macabeo, 20% Parellada and 40% Xarel-lo. Pale lemon with good flow of tiny bubbles and light mousse. Stone fruit aromas with a nutty fragrance. On the palate apple and citrus flavors, good balance, plenty of acidity and lingers nicely ending with slight biscuit notes. Tasting Sample. Good value.

Dec 29th, 2019Improbable combo of bright red fruit - straw bomb! - and pert minerality. They find a middle ground. Color is cranberry - thus emerging as my holiday aperitif of choice. In all seriousness, it's dry but not too dry for before d, redolent of herbs and delish red fruit, peach fuzz, and general fabulosity. *crush this for holiday*
