Pale golden-yellow color with brioche, citrus, quince, white flower and low key flinty aromas. On the palate it's medium-bodied, and mouth-wateringly fresh with a moderately creamy mousse with pear, apple, a hint of strawberry, citrus and a hint of baking spice flavors. Medium-long finish with a nice touch of salinity.

Surpringly pleasant. Great price @ $22. Should have bought more. Good level of acidity and citrus, typical champagne aromas. Not your high end Champagne but favorably compares to many $39 bottles
