The in-laws kindly dropped off a lobster so had open a good Chardonnay to go with it. This Chassagne shows the richness of 2009 that paired well, will there is still a good acidity to keep it from showing a lot of heat. Lemon curd with some honey notes. Plenty of pleasure in this bottle!
