Tenute Bosco Piano Dei Daini Etna Bianco 2018: Medium-body. Medium acidity. Perfect balance with great minerality & freshness you’d expect from volcanic soils. Consisting of 90% Carricante, 5% Catarratto & 5% Inzolia, this Etna Bianco was bright and showcased flavors of citrus, peach, pear & flint. The finish was long & dry with a touch of saltiness.
