Volcanic Etna minerals, mountain herb, citrus, saline. Heaven. Colorful memories of visiting the winery and meeting one of the winenakers 3 years ago in Milo, Sicily — 3 months ago
Picked up from Eataly, had with sardine and potatoes. Light, refreshing, would be life-changing on a hot summer day. — 3 months ago
Carricante- only white grape or Etna. Sparkling made traditional style
Noblesse- golden straw color.
Paired with carrot cream tart. Citrus and brioche on nose. On palate, minerals, brioche and citrus and toasted almonds. High acidity. Paired well with sweet carrot. Dry. Very little sweetness. — 18 days ago
This is Aeris, not the Gen Z lingerie store….either way, don’t love this - wooden nose, continues on the palate, initial sparkle faded with air but doesn’t overcome the earthiness implied by the smorgasbord of Italian varietals that make up the blend — 2 months ago
I am always curious to taste more Minnella
This wine is rich and mineral
It would go great with swordfish
Honestly not my style
I find it to horizontal
I prefer a bit more freshness and verticality
Although it is a wine that reveals the territory that comes from — 3 months ago

2018, opened in 2025. Delicious, golden almost orange hue, fresh fruits and citrus nose, balanced tannins and acidity, Etna crushed stone, juicy and super easily drinkable, yet still complex and interesting. — 4 months ago

2020 Pietra marina - Etna Bianca superiore. Golden straw coloration. From Mila, birthplace of carricante, why it’s superiore. On the nose, citrus, herbaceous, salinity and minerality. On the palate, rich mouthfeel, citrus, herbs, salinity from the sea, and a finish of herbs (tarragon?) and minerals. Interesting- combo of Chablis and Chardonnay. Paired with mushroom and spring onion mayonnaise. — 18 days ago
