La Rocca Soave Garganega

Strangely iper-tropical on this vintage. Was expecting more exuberant acidity. Good wine btw

Colour was dark yellow already, the wine is fresh and it has enough acidity and fruit to age another 3-6 years min. Great wine but p/q -

A more rich version. Lovely aromatics.

P/Q -

Very aromatic. Full body. Somewhat round and creamy. Some peach and honey kinda thing going on.

Changing my opinion on what's possible in Soave since a lunch at Hide in Mayfair
