Classy. Smooth, a bit about it. Let's get more. Enjoyed for J's birthday. — 5 years ago
Not as good as Pieropan, but still a very bright and lovely garganega from one of the region's oldest producers. — 10 years ago

Along w/ Pra & Pieropan - the royalty of Soave. Ca’Rugate also make fantastic reds. Their wines always technically correct and strike the proper balance of extraction & finesse. This was no different: floral and citrus, vein of minerality, suave acidic backbone, delicious finish. — 6 years ago
Pale yellow pour. Aroma of citrus minerals. Cool and crisp mild slate lemon minerals upfront. And a taste of pear ( after I read it) Very light. — 3 months ago

Sipping Fine Wine
45th Anniversary, La Rocca, made from 100% Garganega and aged for 15 months in large French and Slavonian barrels. Bright golden lemon yellow color with aromas of stone and tropical fruits, floral and oak notes, very rich and complex. On the palate flavors of pineapple, peach. melon and lemon zest with nutty vanilla flavors and lively acidity. Smooth and elegant the wine ends with toasty fruit, generous mineral notes and a bit of honey & spice. Nice! — a month ago
