My wife said it smelled like fart but to my nose pure barnyard, it dissipated (does that make it more fart-like?). Mid-weight and gorgeously textured Syrah with no hard edges, tangy ripe red berry, black tapenade, white pepper and leathery tones in a velvety package. Needed a short decant and was a super match for braised rib.

Gonon the magician. Still a bit wound with no decant, but that signature magic lies underneath. (I did not get to try the Jamet behind it 😥 )
