May 18th, 2024Base 2017. Disgorged 4.2020. Beautiful pink color. Nose is light and elegant. Almost dainty in a good way. Strawberries, cream, and slight herbaceous tone at the end. Palate is wonderful. Elegant with a creaminess underlying a tightrope of strawberries, mousse, underripe stone fruit, raw almond. It is just so enjoyable and well balanced.
