Bourgogne Chardonnay

PYCM still one of my favorite producers, even this Bourgogne is just terrific. But like all Burgs the price point keeps going up …

Well. This messes things up. A village wine that has the poise and guts of most everyone else’s 1er cru wines. The oak and malo will surely integrate with time.

Like the Roulot this is a delicious Bourgogne showing clean & pure notes of citrus & pear fruit, chalk, mineral & white flower

Can’t ask for anything more from this excellent Bourgogne. Rich fruits on the palate, racy acid with boat loads of mineral.
