Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey
Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru Chardonnay

Fantastic from the start. Wonderful acid. Still has plenty of time under its belt.

Very pretty. Just not holding its oak too well. In magnum.

Nov 15th, 2014Aromatically different than the Genevrieres before this. Ripe fruits with the notable aroma being toasted grains and corn. Finish was shorter than the Premier Cru.

Dec 5th, 2018No decant. Opened up to be unfortunately sulphury.. but that dropped to expose a very lean corton-charlie. Remarkably nimble and precise. Seemed more like a chevy. High-toned white stone fruit. I was blown away by how good this was and that it came from PYCM. Restored faith.
