Characteristic PYCM apricot and caramel at the end of the palate. Lovely malos. Not as good as the cheaper Bourgogne Blanc.

Would buy this over and over if I kept coming to this place. Great right out of the gate and with time it really opens up into a super complex tropical bouquet...almost too complex for the casual pleasure seeker. Terroir is really shining here.

Vacation wine 3. Like most PYCM wines, it just blows my mind & makes me want to slow everything down to savor each sip. A modest appellation, a great wine.

A great little wine. Toasted with apple, pear and citrus.
