I liked it but didn't love it. Heavy barrel, blackberry, little tobacco and smoke on the nose. Strong tannin, more oak and vanilla finish heavy with a little ripe berry on the tail end. Would maybe drink again paired with grilled meats and chimichurri.

Had the 2020 in July of 2024 with a chivito sandwich. Really tasty wine. Some bold dark fruits with hints of licorice, vanilla and spice. Well rounded tannins at the end. Most enjoyable and plan to find this one again.
