Second bottle, about a year and a half after first. Much more approachable on open but still deserves a nice decant. Dark red fruit, some crème de cassis coming through, red licorice, dark chocolate. Tannins are velvety, great mouthfeel. Higher alcohol is well hidden. Nice long finish.

Oct 24th, 2024From my friends at Nine Suns, one of my favorite wineries. Very enjoyable. Tight and needs a nice long decant. Great mouthfeel. Ripe fruit. Great balance. This was my first bottle of Plinth Cab, looking forward to many more.
