Estate Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon

I'm enjoying this. A touch more oak on the finish than I like but still very enjoyable. Good, rich fruit.

Showing quite nicely for 10 years, plum, baking spices, black cherry and mocha. Well balanced and long in the finish.

Fruity but perfect balance. Robust red with awesome nose and even better taste!

Dark berry compote, leather, peat moss nose. Black berry, licorice, smoky vanilla oak, & a lingering deep finish. No sign of age.

Quintessential California Cabernet. Full-bodied with dark rich fruit with hint of vanilla.

Needs a good decanting and time to breathe, but very good once it opens up.

Perfect time to drink !
