Double decant and pour. No buttery oak here.....yea!...going great with the Hog Island oysters. A thrilling light straw color. On the nose: lemon, grass, pear, and mango. Taste: A creamy medium body wine with peach, tangerine, lemon, honey vanilla, white pepper, and a minerally grapefruit medium finish.
