Palate is delicious. The house style silky texture. Elegant red cherries. Elegant spice. … it’s elegant. But delicious. Gorgeous and fun cherry licorice internal aromatics. Lacks the perfection of the nose else this would be higher.

Very well-made & elegant. There is some lovely fruit in here, but overall the general effect for us was one of heat, which counteracted everything else we liked. Odd, as the wine had none of the other deficiencies we would usually associate with high ABV wines. Perhaps not our style.
