Gorgeous nose of melted milk chocolate and mid season ripe cherries. Super mineral and a sense of aromatic refinement while also being expansive and broad. Tows the line. Wow, concentrated with tiny cherry fruit intensity and lively minerality that gives this amazing freshness. Sappy and pure. The most Brunello of all the Forte wines. Like a baby brunello and a killer deal. Lovely Tuscan acid and earth on the finish

Dec 10th, 2022Wow this is excellent. Had this bottle about 18 months ago and thought it was too oaky - but absolutely delicious tonight. Perfect pairing with roasted sausages with peppers and onions. Balanced tannins, great acid, quite complete on the palate. Very nice. Decanted 2 hours.
