2021/4. This was back to its wonderful self after the slightly volatile 2017 - lots of earthy cherry fruit

Cherry liqueur, blackberry compote, game, white pepper, roasted red peppers, barnyard, balsamic, cinder. Pleasantly sharp acid, narrow smooth tannins, medium bodied, juicy texture, long smoky-juicy-herbal finish. So much depth and character. Blend of Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Mammolo, Foglia Tonda, Colorino.
