Belter producer and belter wine. Red and black plums, fennel, baking spice, cherry cola, orange peel, rose petal, leather and cedar. So good to drink now, would be an absolute joy in years to come

Clean bright red fruits and good acidity. Could stand to age.

This is a very special wine made from the Sangiovese grape. And I like it very much. Even more than its release. It's as though it even got better with time.

Seriously good Chianti--so complex it reminded me of the sour cherry maraschino jam I made last summer: juicy and detailed sour cherries, cloves, and violets. Then a rush of cool crushed rock mineral energy takes over in the finish. And structurally this is so integrated--the heaps of fine tannins, bright acidity, and bitterness play so well together. We carried this back from Italy after visiting le Boncie--we only tasted the 2012 there, which was nice but tight. This 2010 has made me a fan--I am going to seek it out.

Não precisa nem terminar a primeira taça pra postar... Melhor Chianti que já bebi, ainda que não tenham sido tantos. Toda garrafa é uma beleza.
