Pale lemon with aromas of fresh stone and tropical fruits accompanied by floral tones and light citrus notes. On the palate tangy peach, melon and lemon flavors, crisp, surrounded by nutty spice. Medium body this wine finished with a gentle touch of savory mineral. Tasting Sample.

Bright citrus, zingy lemon and even a subtle grapefruit note but balanced by a savory herbal quality. On the palate at isn’t has puckering as the palate suggests. Salient minerality at the front Witt notable phenolic bitterness. Perfect for fish dishes and salty slightly barnyardy cheeses. Wish I had some oozey goat cheese right now!

Extremely fresh, structured, well balanced, with high acidity and minerality. Salty in palate, with shade of herbs, white paper. Absolutely adore this wine!
