Deep purple color. A pronounced nose with rose petals, lavender, cherry, and pomegranate. Similar flavors, with additional notes of chocolate, somewhat salty, definitely the right match for a red sauce pizza. Great value.

This was an enjoyable blend. NOT Montepulciano, but from the region. I believe there's a bit of Merlot blended in (??)
