This 2011 Syrah was a gift from our friends and we loved it! It was ripe, dark and potent on the nose. Opened up so nicely with hints of plum, balanced oak, and rich tannins. It had a pretty lengthy finish and enough complexity to really grab my attention :)

Tobacco leaf and green tea with a hint if baked fruits- reminds me of a cool climate Syrah - this vintage was cooler than usual and this wine is great! So glad it was part of my wine club shipment! Certified Sustainable is icing on this cake!!
