Very slightly sweet, some mild mineral element, a bit floral and fruit forward. Enough acid to cleanse the palette so pairs well with garlic and buttery foods

perfect when chilled cold. goes great with appetizers and fish. excellent with fish tacos

Tart and almost fizzy upon opening; paired it with honey ginger glazed shrimp with farro and scallions. Opened up through the meal with notes of green apple, pineapple and citrus. Still, probably not one I would choose over others.
