Prickly unripened pineapple, medium acidity. Lots of unripened fruit with little hints of citrus pith. Great with fish, on it's own or as an alternative to Pinot Grigio

Pale gold. melon and floral nose, slight sulfury earthy funk. Low medium acid, melon pear attack with minerally steely mid pal. med body. hint citric on fin. nice, straightforward and clean.
