Pretty deep ruby , narrow pink ruby rim . Deeper fruits , blackberry , blackcurrant and dark cherry , touch of spice . Sweeter fruits , blackberry , touch of blackcurrant , bacon fat , olive . Quite sweet tannin , ok acidity . Alcohol is slightly noticeable . Good length . This is just entering its drinking window , will continue to improve over the next 5 years and last a further 5-10. Very dark hue, tannins are soft and got a nice spiced plum palate with good length. Quite subtle for a big Shiraz and likely better with a few more years age. Less punch than a McLaren Vale/Barossa Ozzie Shiraz.
