Precision Wine Company
Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Really one note in each dimension. Nothing bad, nothing wrong. A standard wine for its type. But also nothing to make you love it anymore. Aroma, at first, was pure cherry juice. This transitioned to some darker fruit notes and some blackberry with some earth notes and mushroom.
Flavor is more of the blackberry, especially after opening and some cedar.
Finish is non-existent, which is really an issue.

Time for my Friday's Cabernet fix!
Inky in color with a purplish rim.
Fruity nose of blackberries, blueberries, figs, cherry pie, currants, dust, earth, licorice, bell pepper, smoke, peppermint and peppercorn.
Full bodied and smooth, with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, black currants, figs, leather, light vanilla, vegetables, oak, bitter almonds, coffee, chocolates, pencil lead, earth and black pepper.
Medium plus on the finish with round tannins and tart cherries.
A nice Napa Cabernet. Not special, but a great wine to sip on. Well balanced, spicy and enjoyable, but not very complex. A Good wine to pair with BBQ Meats.
Could benefit from a few additional years in the bottle.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
