I'm usually not the biggest fan of big, bold reds, but this one has changed my mind.

Sep 9th, 2020Wasn't sure what to expect from this wine. Had a backup bottle selected that I promptly returned back to the fridge. This wine is right at the top of the window. Nose and front palate of blackberry, black cherry cola, hint of bell pepper. Chocolate covered cherries to the finish along with a hint of mushroom and soy sauce with a hint of savory on the finish. Medium ++ bodied. Good acidity from start to finish. This will certainly not get any better with more time in the bottle, so drink now!
