'09 Vintner Select Merlot... major highlight of the trip. A wine club-only release with insane length and complexity, and 95 points from Bobby Parker doesn't hurt, either.

Fantastic mountain Merlot, as only Pride can do it. Soft yet substantial. Cherries, chocolate, mountain bloom, and a touch of spice, with bountiful balance, vivacity, and length.

Outstanding! Nose is dark fruits. Black cherry, blueberry, and chocolate, big time! Long, smooth, and lingering. Got two more bottles, but I'll buy more if I can find it.
