Casablanca Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Tropical and grassy

Pale straw. Fresh grapefruit, passion, guava. Crisp and fresh. Medium (plus) body.

Good acid, tart lemon lime grapefruit. More Loire than NZ. Decent bang for the buck.

Quenching Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. Dry citric acid. Juicy grapefruit.

Pleasant enough with a unique taste (which as usual I can't identify).

Very nice choice for inexpensive Sauv Blanc!!! Lemon, lime, green apple and some grapefruit. Also had a very smooth texture. At the end of the bottle seemed to pick up some green pepper but that may have been a result of dinner pairing.

I just don't get it.

It's not Spring yet, but this is a nice affordable Spring wine. Would be great with a fresh salad.

I adore this Sauvignon. Paired it with veggie sushi and it was perfect. Need to find a bottle.
