opaque center, translucent edges, ruby, clear. there’s a charred- sweet burnt quality to the oak flavors. it works though. red cherry, cocoa, cinnamon, dill. Spontaneous fermentation and malo in steel, aged min 18 months in 225L barrique. I assume American. this is good, tasty- heavy oak that should blow off.
