Domaine La Provenquière, IGP Pays d’Oc. Light Ruby red, light to moderate pigment extraction, very good clarity. Some funk in nose initially but cleans up with vague strawberry, cherry but decisively red fruit aromas. Good body, strawberry flavors, decent acidity, light alcohol, light tannins on finish, soft, fragrant and easy drinking and a lovely style for the varietal. Great value, worth seeking out
