Intense, deep, powerful but incredibly approachable red blend from the Douro River, a red blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz. This combination will please all styles of wine drinkers. The flavors of red compote and a hint of baked red cherry pie and a@touch of toast and vainilla provides a wonderful mouthfeel. It is progressive and has silky tannins, smooth texture and long finish.

Deep purple in color; blueberries, plums, and dried flowers on the nose; medium plus acidity; high tannins, so tannic it's chewy; tastes like raspberries, violets, crushed gravel, and wet slate with a long finish. Well balanced flavors. I love it.
