I like the gentle tannins on the palate added by fermenting this still youthful version on the skins. Loads of non-commercial, slightly bitter notes add complexity and food friendliness. And it will age nicely too.

Definitely a 9. Apricots and caramel on the nose. Buttery mouthfeel. Faint taste of green apples on the front. Crisp notes on the mid palate with a refreshing acidic finish.
