The nose smelled of aged Chenin up front. As it warmed it turned into more fino sherry aromas and on the palate.

I love the oyster brine freshness of this wine. It was delicious and worked well with Partan Bree.

Excellent with a tuna melt... The Malvasia really shows through and creates the cider/sake quality.

1994 Gran Reserva Blanco. Beautiful and soft right out of the gate. Layers and layers and layers. It just turned 21. I guess that means it's old enough for me to drink. I'd like to know it when it's 51.

These wines are enigmatic. Exhibits the entire spectrum from fresh to mature and does so flawlessly and effortlessly. Looking forward to seeing where this is headed
