Bugey-Cerdon Sparkling Rosé Gamay

With a Panna Cotta and myrtille, this sweet sparking from Gamay was amazing, red fruit, strawberries, light yet acid.

When is Bugey not delicious? Raspberry, cranberry, flowers and a touch of light syrup. Perfection.

Has quite a bit of RS but well-balanced acidity. Cherry, strawberry, and salivating sticks of Juicy Fruit gum. Excellent option for people looking for sparkling wines on the sweeter side.

Creamy strawberry, rhubarb, and cranberry with lifted fruit and great balance of sweetness and acidity.

I'm biased but love this wine. Bugey Cerdon plus so much more. Think an extra layer of earthy mineral pepper on top of the cran/ras fruit.

Delicious sparking gamay. Beautiful fruit character. Paired great with my brunch.
