Not my normal jam... Much better after about six hours in the decanter... Certainly showing the heat of 14.5 ABV, felt more like 15.5.

Dense purple red. Hot initially with red fruit and wood in nose. Mint-menthol, Cherry peel, strawberry and medium weight bitter tannins on finish. Not excessively hot in mouth, interestingly. Expect flavors to open more, could even use some more aging.

Capa media y densidad baja, en nariz ciruela negra, frutas silvestres, cacao y pimienta. En boca gran entrada , potente equilibrado y con un buen final. Regaliz negro muy marcado.

Love it. Dark crimson, full-bodied. Berry flavors with a spicy finish. Good on its own or with spicy dishes.
