Stellar. Pale straw yellow color. Hints of dried raspberries and a whiff of my wife’s shampoo. Drinks stiff but not stuffy. Bubbles are on point. Dry as a bone with great acidity. Definitely a food wine.

The Raventos wines are consistently good biodynamic sparklings (not technically Cava) at a good price point. De La Finca has zero dosage - it’s precise but not particularly distinguishable.
